I've never used google code, but this is as good of time as any to give it a try. The SwakSmack project can be found here: swaksmack.googlecode.com. I haven't setup any other project members yet, but if you are interested in being a member, send an email to binary10+swaksmack@gmail.com. Anybody can access the project source at http://code.google.com/p/swaksmack/source (or at least should be able to access it)
Currently the 0.58 baseline is what is checked in to the main trunk. You need a subversion client to access the code if you don't want to use the google web interface. Google provides links to various clients at http://code.google.com/p/swaksmack/source. For Windows, I use tortoisesvn, on linux I just use the command line.
If you become a member of the project and use a svn client (e.g. tortoise svn), the checkout url is: https://swaksmack.googlecode.com/svn/trunk
