Mindstorm's Storm Front

I've attempted to enable the FireFox extension auto update feature in version 0.58. Even if you have downloaded 0.58, please make sure you downloaded it from here. I have no idea if it works, but hopefully we'll find out with the next version. As usual, please let me know of any problems.

The next release (0.58) is mostly a robustness/stability release. The comment coloring has been refactored making the execute method look a bit cleaner, but the big changes are in the handling of the regex. It is currently very easy to kill your FireFox session or cause it to go CPU bound by adding keywords that have some of the regex literals in them. There is also a bug where if a keyword is repeated in a chat post and highlighting by word and/or underlining is on, the chat comment will get a bunch of html "droppings" when the repeating keyword is processes for highlighting.

Note that as of version 0.62, you should be able to install SwakSmack by directly clicking on the "Install Extension" link near the top of the http://mindstorm360.com/swaksmack page.

There is no need to uninstall previous versions as the new version will install over the old version. You can also install updates using FireFox's Addons "Find Updates" feature (provided you have at least version 0.62 installed)

Installation:

Download the latest version of SwakSmack.
Click and drag the downloaded .xpi file onto the Firefox window.
