Custom fun mode file information

The custom fun mode file support in version 0.69.4 is pretty basic. In a nutshell, it allows you to specify your own lines of text to use as replacements for those that are blocked in fun mode.

File format is a basic non-formated text file. That means no Word documents or Excel speadsheets. It means having to use something like notepad, ultraedit (highly recommended, great tool), or vi/emacs. You should have one replacement entry per line.

Example:
Happy Thanksgiving
Happy Holidays
Pull my finger
An idiot types "what"

The above would result in 4 replacement lines of text that are randomly chosen to be used in fun mode.

I have not tested any special characters (e.g. alt+020 or whatever) and I only tested a file that had about 20 lines in it.
