If there are not any major show stoppers in this test version, I plan on this being the last RC before the official 0.67 release. Thanks to all of those people who helped test and provide feedback.

Changes
1. Added show highlighted posts menu option which will toggle between showing all posts and only highlighted posts
2. Changed show tinyurl preview to default to 'on'
3. Highlighting/unhighlighting optimizations
